Most furnished rentals near post are 1,100 square foot starter homes or a single hotel room. Pendleton House is a two-story brick home with more than twice that space, a big yard and a detached garage. Three bedrooms and two full baths, plus a large bonus room for a home office, game room or family den. Everyone gets a real room, and there is space to cook, work and unwind after a long day on post.
The home was recently renovated. It sits on a quiet residential street in the Green Acres neighborhood with no HOA.

Before you book
What is the minimum stay?
30 nights. There is no maximum; many guests stay three to six months.
What if my orders change?
Every lease includes a military clause that follows the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. With PCS or deployment orders you can end the lease early with written notice and a copy of your orders, with no penalty. Prepaid rent past the end date is refunded.
Will I get a receipt for my travel voucher?
Yes. You get an itemized lodging receipt each month showing the nightly rate, nights and taxes.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are considered case by case, up to two. There is a $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We can bill your insurer or housing coordinator directly for additional living expense stays.
